An invention is an object, process, or technique which displays an element of novelty (well that’s one way to describe it). When it is around the house it is usually a useful, labour saving practice that a helpful household member has stumbled upon… no it isn’t ; come on lets be truthful: it usually a irritating habit that the person doing it is oblivious off but makes the rest of the family see red.
